Garth Unke obtained summary judgment dismissal of a fire loss case in St. Louis County. The Plaintiff claimed to have suffered a stress-induced heart attack due to the malfunction of HVAC components. Attorney Unke argued that there was insufficient evidence to support the claim that the client’s work was a direct cause of the Plaintiff’s injuries. The case was promptly resolved by the remaining defendant following dismissal of our client.
