Congratulations to CARA C. PASSARO for her jury trial win in Ramsey County, Minnesota. Ms. Passaro was defending a commercial transportation company and its driver in a motor vehicle accident. The Plaintiff claimed to have sustained a traumatic brain injury, injuries to the cervical and lumbar spine, and PTSD. Despite admitting liability, Ms. Passaro was able to achieve a Directed Verdict.
