GARTH J. UNKE

Drawing from nearly 40 years of successful litigation experience, Garth J. Unke now dedicates most of his time to an active Mediation practice. His extensive experience spans a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including the defense of personal injury/wrongful death, sexual abuse, product liability, property damage, fire loss subrogation, and construction defect lawsuits.  A perennial honoree of the Minnesota Law & Politics Super Lawyer Award, Garth was selected as a Top 100 Super Lawyer in 2009. He was also certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association in 2001.

Garth is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.  He is an AV Preeminent rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbell and a Member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He completed training as a Qualified Neutral Mediator by the Minnesota Supreme Court in 1998 and has served as a Mediator for over 20 years.
