Stacey Sever and Tony Morris upheld a win for our client at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. We represented the owner of a horse stable and boarding facility. A former customer sued alleging breach of contract and negligence related to the boarding and care of her horses. Our client counter-sued. The trial involved a number of legal issues and contested facts, a verdict was entered in favor of our client. The former customer appealed, seeking reversal of the verdict. The Minnesota Court of Appeals upheld the win, finding that the verdict in favor of our client should stand.
